Tokley, Sr., Tampa and Hillsborough County\u2019s Poet Laureate. In 2004, Tokley wrote a poem, <i>\u2018A Modern Manifesto\u2019 <\/i>for the grand opening of the George Edgecomb Courthouse. The poem was engraved on a plaque and placed on the sidewalk in December, 2010. The plaque was damaged beyond repair in 2012. The \u2018Celebration of Freedom\u2019 ceremony honored Mr. Tokley and his poem. Shown from left to right: former State Attorney, <\/b><b>E. J.
