In the 30th anniversary of the women\u2019s NCAA championship, Texas A&M \u2014 which didn\u2019t even admit women a half-century ago \u2014 beat Notre Dame 76-70, setting off an exuberant, joyful and unexpected celebration.<\/p>\n
The game was everything that the men\u2019s championship \u2014 played 24 hours earlier \u2014 was not: riveting, well-played, high-scoring, star-driven.<\/p>\n
