The incident occurred in June at Tampa General Hospital, where <strong>Sears<\/strong> was hospitalized under the Baker Act.<\/p>\n<p>After<strong> Sears<\/strong> failed to appear for a court hearing, he was found wandering on a busy road in November and arrested on an outstanding warrant.
