JUPITER ISLAND — Tiger Woods<\/strong> can spend his two-week break between last weekend\u2019s fourth-place finish in the Australian Masters and the 18-player Chevron World Challenge brushing up on his game, driving, chipping and putting to his heart\u2019s content outside his new $50 million singles pad.<\/p>\n

In between, he can do laps in one of his pools or relax in the oxygen therapy room that is part of a personal gym.<\/p>\n

The lush island town has stamped the paperwork as completed on the nearly 10,000-square-foot, two-story home at the south end of the town, which means that – if Woods<\/strong> hasn\u2019t already done so – he can now move in.
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Woods<\/strong>, who has fallen to No. 2 in the world golf ranking behind Lee Westwood<\/strong>, hasn\u2019t publicly announced his intentions for the 12-acre parcel he retained as part of his highly publicized divorce with ex-wife Elin Nordegren<\/strong> in August.<\/p>\n

Nor are town officials commenting on its latest millionaire taxpayer.<\/p>\n

Tiger Woods<\/strong> apparently has a new girlfriend.<\/p>\n

According to the Daily Mail, Tiger<\/strong> has been seeing a 22-year-old student named Alyse Lahti Johnston <\/strong>from Cleveland, Ohio.<\/p>\n

The two have reportedly been seeing each other for \u201ca few months\u201d and they \u201chave been spotted on Woods\u2019 <\/strong>yacht.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last year, Johnston<\/strong> was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Orlando, Fla.<\/p>\n

She is reportedly attending the Ohio-based Northwood University which has a campus in West Palm Beach, Florida – near Tiger\u2019s<\/strong> new $60 million bachelor pad.<\/p>\n

Woods Finalizes Returns To Bay Hill, Augusta<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tiger Woods<\/strong> has committed to March\u2019s Arnold Palmer Invitational and April\u2019s Masters Tournament, he announced Wednesday.

Woods <\/strong>is a six-time winner at Bay Hill Club & Lodge, having captured titles in 2000-03 and 2008-09.<\/p>\n

In 2008, Woods<\/strong> buried a 25-foot birdie putt on the final hole to edge Bart Bryant<\/strong> by one stroke. In 2009, making only his third start since having undergone reconstructive knee surgery, Woods<\/strong> sunk a 15-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole to beat Sean O\u2019Hair by one shot. It equaled his biggest 54-hole comeback on the PGA Tour \u2014 five \u2014 which he established at the 2000 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.<\/p>\n
