Reverend Timothy Kemp shared with the community how the basement of his church, Peace Progressive Primitive Baptist Church, was heavily damaged by flood waters in August. A benefit to assist the church was held at St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, pastor. The guest speaker was Rev. Dr. Evan Burrows, pastor of First Baptist Church of College Hill. The First Baptist Church of College Hill Mass Choir gave musical selections. Among those in attendance from left to right: Rev.
