A little less than 6 months later, <strong>Mrs. Cail <\/strong>has joined her sister in death. She was 81 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Better known as <strong>\u201cHep Cat,\u201d Mrs. Cail <\/strong>passed away Friday morning at Accentia Re-Hab Nursing Home. She<strong> <\/strong>has battled<strong> <\/strong>colon cancer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrs. Cail <\/strong>grew up in Tampa and attended Middleton High School. She retired from the University  of South Florida 19 years ago.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrs. Cail<\/strong> loved working in the community, and especially for her church, Mt. Siani AME Zion. She was a member there for over 75 years.<\/p>\n<p>After the death of her husband, <strong>Frank Cail, Mrs. Cail <\/strong>would take public transportation or walk to collect [private]ads\/money from the many customers she solicited ads to help raise funds for special events at the church. She took pride in the ads she solicited and faithfully made sure her customers saw their ads in print.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrs. Cail <\/strong>is survived by 5 children, <strong>Alva, Veronica,<\/strong> <strong>La\u2019Sharn, Frank<\/strong> and <strong>George;<\/strong> 2 brothers, <strong>Henry <\/strong>and <strong>Harold Hepburn<\/strong> (South Carolina) and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral services for <strong>Mrs. Cail <\/strong>will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011, 2 p. m. at Mt.
