He was also charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a church. That charge stemmed from an ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lorneka Williams<\/strong>, 18, was in the home and was charged only with felony animal cruelty. She posted the $2,250 bond and was released.<\/p>\n<p>A third person, <strong>Barry L. Horton<\/strong>, 30, was leaving the property as the warrant was executed. He was [private]subsequently charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cannabis, and an active warrant for obtaining property with worthless checks.<\/p>\n<p>According to arrest reports, <strong>Black<\/strong> has 14 prior arrests, with the most recent one prior to this one being on August 8<sup>th<\/sup> for drug possession and weapon possession charges.
