S. Marshals arrested <strong>Luis Pierre, Jr.<\/strong>, 18, Thursday morning, charging him with first-degree murder, burglary, and culpable negligence.<\/p>\n<p>The charges are the result of an incident on October 26<sup>th<\/sup> that started with a fight in the parking lot of a meat market.<\/p>\n<p>On October 26<sup>th<\/sup> around noon, there was a fight in the parking lot of the Aliana Meat Market, 4016 North 22<sup>nd<\/sup> Street between three people. Details of the fight are still being investigated, but the fight resulted in a single car accident.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2950\" style=\"width: 160px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Forrest-Cooper-Small.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2950\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2950 \" title=\"Forrest Cooper (Small)\" src=\"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Forrest-Cooper-Small-240x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/strong><p id=\"caption-attachment-2950\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Forrest Cooper \u2026..pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Forrest Cooper<\/strong>, 38, was sitting the driver\u2019s seat of a vehicle in the parking lot of the meat store, when he got involved in an altercation with <strong>Pierre<\/strong>. According to witnesses, <strong>Cooper <\/strong>attempted to leave the parking lot in the vehicle, and <strong>Pierre<\/strong> got into the passenger seat and the two were seen exchanging punches.<\/p>\n<p>[private]Witnesses reported that the vehicle left the meat store parking lot, went out onto 22<sup>nd<\/sup> Street, and turned west onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard at a high rate of speed. <strong>Omar<\/strong>, a clerk at a Metro PCS Store on the northeast corner of 22<sup>nd<\/sup> Street and MLK reported seeing the car turning the corner with the doors open and someone hanging out of the passenger side.<\/p>\n<p>As the vehicle traveled on MLK Boulevard with <strong>Cooper <\/strong>and <strong>Pierre<\/strong> still fighting, the car hit a light pole, ejecting <strong>Pierre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When police and emergency personnel arrived on the scene, they found <strong>Pierre<\/strong> on the ground injured. <strong>Cooper<\/strong> was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Two other people in the car with <strong>Cooper<\/strong> were also hospitalized.<\/p>\n<p>As the result of the investigation <strong>Pierre<\/strong> was charged.
