{"id":2928,"date":"2010-11-29T17:08:46","date_gmt":"2010-11-29T22:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=2928"},"modified":"2010-11-29T17:18:10","modified_gmt":"2010-11-29T22:18:10","slug":"suspect-in-dui-man-slaughter-surrenders-to-police","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=2928","title":{"rendered":"Suspect In DUI S u r r e n d e r s To Police"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last Tuesday, a man Tampa Police had been searching for in a DUI manslaughter case turned himself in.<\/p>\n<p>Tampa Police report on October 30, 2010, Yo Sandi Linaries-Ortiz, 23, was driving a truck on Hillsborough Avenue and Ingram Ferguson, 44, was driving a truck on Nebraska Avenue. Police said Ferguson ran the red light, and as Linares-Ortiz entered the intersection, Ferguson hit her vehicle. She was transported to St. Joseph\u2019s Hospital where she was later pronounced dead. A passenger in Ferguson\u2019s truck was also hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Two other vehicles were involved and the drivers received minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p>A blood draw was conducted on Ferguson at the hospital and on November 17th, the results revealed his blood alcohol level was .296.<\/p>\n<p>A warrant was immediately issued for his arrest.
