{"id":24165,"date":"2013-09-09T15:47:45","date_gmt":"2013-09-09T19:47:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=24165"},"modified":"2013-09-09T15:48:22","modified_gmt":"2013-09-09T19:48:22","slug":"police-arrest-george-zimmerman-in-possible-domestic-violence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=24165","title":{"rendered":"Police Arrest George Zimmerman In Possible Domestic Violence"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MIAMI (Reuters) &#8211; <b>George Zimmerman (pictured, left)<\/b>, the Florida man who was acquitted of murder in the shooting of unarmed teenager <strong>Trayvon Martin<\/strong>, was questioned by central Florida police in connection with a possible domestic violence incident, a spokesman said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Lake Mary Police spokesman <b>Zach Hudson<\/b> said police &#8220;were trying to figure out exactly what happened&#8221; in the incident and that a gun was present.<\/p>\n<p><b>Zimmerman Arrested After Gun Incident<\/b><\/p>\n<p>George Zimmerman \u00a0has been taken into custody in Lake Mary, Florida, after &#8220;an incident involving a gun with another person.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Police say they were called to a Sprucewood Road residence to investigate an argument that involved a gun and a threat. <b>Zimmerman&#8217;s<\/b> mother in law, <b>Machelle Dean<\/b>, lives on Sprucewood Road, but it is unclear if the argument took place at her home.
