Governor<strong> Jennifer Carroll <\/strong>was shut down on suspicion of being an Internet gambling front \u2014 forcing <strong>Carroll<\/strong>, who had consulted with the charity, to resign.<\/p>\n<p>Florida\u2019s 1,000 Internet cafes were shut down immediately, including Miami-Dade\u2019s Incredible Investments, LLC, a caf\u00e9 that provides online services to migrant workers.
