Frierson Avenue. Jean, who was riding a motorcycle, was struck by a vehicle driven by <strong>Fredrick Bowden, <\/strong>64,<strong> <\/strong>of Tampa,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean<\/strong> was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he was admitted in serious condition. He died shortly before 8:30 a.m., Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Police said <strong>Jean<\/strong> was struck as he attempted to make a turn. The preliminary report indicated that <strong>Bowden<\/strong>, who was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro, violated the right of way of the motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral arrangements for <strong>Jean<\/strong> are incomplete.
