She later hired <strong>Kessler\u2019s<\/strong> firm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jordan<\/strong> has denied that he\u2019s the father of <strong>Smith\u2019s<\/strong> 16-year-old son. A lawyer for the majority owner of the NBA\u2019s Charlotte Bobcats has said <strong>Smith\u2019s <\/strong>divorce filings established her ex-husband as the father. <strong>Jordan\u2019s<\/strong> spokeswoman <strong>Estee Portno<\/strong>y on Monday confirmed that <strong>Smith<\/strong> dismissed the paternity suit. <strong>Portnoy<\/strong> said there was no settlement or money paid to <strong>Smith<\/strong>.
