Chicago mom, <strong>Anishi Spencer<\/strong>, alleges in a lawsuit filed Wednesday that her toddler ate a used condom in a McDonald\u2019s play area on Feb. 4 of last year.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint states that 2-year-old <strong>Jacquel<\/strong> \u201cpicked up a used condom that was on the floor.\u201d The then-toddler \u201cshortly thereafter coughed up a piece of used condom.\u201d The distraught mom is seeking $50,000 in damages plus all of her attorney\u2019s fees from the global burger chain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spencer<\/strong> is taking aim at the establishment, claiming that it \u201dfailed and neglected\u201d to properly clean any hazardous debris and keep safe a play area designated for young children. <strong>Spencer<\/strong> also contends that the chain neglected to use surveillance to uncover any \u201cdeviant activities\u201d on its grounds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CHICAGO, IL \u2014 An unhappy meal indeed!
