Former New Orleans Mayor <strong>Ray Nagin<\/strong> pleaded not guilty to several charges today, including allegedly taking bribes, and corruption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nagin<\/strong> appeared before magistrate judge <strong>Sally Shushan <\/strong>this afternoon, where he entered his plea, and had his bond set at $100,000. He was also asked to hand over his passport.<\/p>\n<p>The 56-year-old is accused of accepting kickbacks and other bribes in exchange for securing millions of dollars in work for contractors.
