The release said she waived extradition and will be returned to Mississippi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stewart<\/strong>, who also goes by the name <strong>Pebbelz<\/strong>, was indicted on charges of murder, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit wire fraud, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Morris Garner<\/strong>, who also goes by the name <strong>Tracey Lynn Garner,<\/strong> was previously charged with depraved-heart murder and is said to have performed the procedure at his house in Jackson, Miss., on 37-year-old <strong>Karima Gordon<\/strong> of Atlanta.
