{"id":18788,"date":"2012-12-27T16:55:41","date_gmt":"2012-12-27T21:55:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=18788"},"modified":"2012-12-27T16:55:41","modified_gmt":"2012-12-27T21:55:41","slug":"waka-flocka-to-pay-for-nc-shooting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=18788","title":{"rendered":"Waka Flocka To Pay For NC Shooting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Atlanta rapper <strong>Waka Flock<\/strong>a has been ordered to pay $501,000 for a North Carolina shooting that happened last year.<\/p>\n<p>In the incident, <strong>Flocka<\/strong> and his tour bus pulled up to a car stereo installation shop in Charlotte, North Carolina as he prepared to upgrade the bus\u2019 sound system. <strong>Flocka<\/strong> was wearing $100,000 worth of jewelry at the time and saw two \u201csuspicious vehicles\u201d enter the store\u2019s parking lot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flocka\u2019s<\/strong> security began to fire shots at three men exiting the vehicles, claiming the men made threats against the rapper.<\/p>\n<p>Police initially believed the shooting was the result of a shootout between <strong>Flocka\u2019s<\/strong> security and the victim, <strong>Antonio Stukes<\/strong>. <strong>Stukes<\/strong> also was initially charged with attempted robbery, amongst other charges.<\/p>\n<p>The charges have since been dropped due to insufficient evidence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stukes\u2019<\/strong> lawyer says that his client was only trying to give <strong>Flocka<\/strong> his demo CD and was shot for no reason. The court decided <strong>Stukes <\/strong>should be compensated for the gunshot wound to his shoulder and ordered <strong>Flocka<\/strong> and his management company Miznay Entertainment to pay up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atlanta rapper Waka Flocka has been ordered to pay $501,000 for a North Carolina shooting that happened last year.
