The federal government is also seeking to recover more than $1 million in proceeds from the tax scheme.<\/p>\n<p>According to federal documents, <strong>Ms. Rashia Wilson,<\/strong> 27, of Wiamauma and <strong>Maurice Larry,<\/strong> 26, of Tampa, were indicted on charges of conspiracy and multiple counts of wire fraud, filing false tax returns, theft of government property, and aggravated identity theft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ms. Wilson, <\/strong>who allegedly identified herself as the \u201cFirst Lady\u201d of tax fraud on Facebook, is charged with 1 count of conspiracy, 9 counts of wire fraud, 19 counts of filing false tax returns, 14 counts of theft of government property, and 14 counts of aggravated identity theft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Larry<\/strong> is facing 1 count of conspiracy, 9 counts of wire fraud, 17 counts of filing false tax returns, 13 counts of theft of government property, and 13 counts of aggravated identity theft.<\/p>\n<p>The government is also seeking a money judgment of $1,176,787 in traceable proceeds of the tax fraud scheme.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, <strong>Ms. Wilson<\/strong> and <strong>Larry<\/strong> engaged in a scheme and conspiracy to commit fraud by filing false income tax returns using the names and identity information of other individuals, without those individuals\u2019 knowledge. The two then allegedly used the funds to make personal expenditures, including a 2013 Audi A8L, valued at more than $90,000.<\/p>\n<p>If convicted of all charges, <strong>Ms. Wilson<\/strong> is facing 420 years in federal prison and <strong>Larry<\/strong> is facing 400 years in federal prison.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A federal grand jury has indicted two Hillsborough County residents on several fraudulent income tax charges.
