But it took another turn when a judge denied <strong>Berry\u2019s<\/strong> request to move 4-year-old daughter <strong>Nahla<\/strong> to France to start a new life with <strong>Martinez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to witnesses, <strong>Gabriel<\/strong> then pushed<strong> Olivier<\/strong> and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. We\u2019re told <strong>Gabriel<\/strong> then pushed <strong>Olivier<\/strong> to the ground, and <strong>Olivier <\/strong>cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with<strong> Olivier<\/strong> pinning<strong> Gabrie<\/strong>l to the ground.<\/p>\n<p>In the struggle, <strong>Gabriel<\/strong> suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury. <strong>Olivier<\/strong> may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries as well. There are conflicting accounts as to whether<strong> Gabriel <\/strong>was rendered unconscious in the fight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aubrey<\/strong> was charged with misdemeanor battery with bail set at $20,000 dollars. He has since been released.
