At some point, <strong>Allsup<\/strong> allegedly picked up a fork and stabbed her brother several times.<\/p>\n<p>An officer responding to the incident reportedly found <strong>Wallace<\/strong> in the building\u2019s parking lot holding his neck. The officer found two stab wounds at the base of <strong>Wallace\u2019s<\/strong> neck.
