{"id":17730,"date":"2012-10-29T15:44:28","date_gmt":"2012-10-29T19:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=17730"},"modified":"2012-10-29T15:18:13","modified_gmt":"2012-10-29T19:18:13","slug":"magic-johnson-sued-by-former-flight-attendant-for-wrongful-termination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=17730","title":{"rendered":"Magic Johnson Sued By Former Flight Attendant For Wrongful\u00a0 Termination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A lawsuit has been filed against NBA Hall of Famer <strong>Magic Johnson<\/strong> by his former flight attendant on his private plane, <strong>Lanita Thomas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The 45-year-old had been employed by <strong>Johnson<\/strong> since 2004, but was recently let go after arriving late to work.\u00a0 <strong>Thomas<\/strong> is now suing, claiming that the Los Angeles Dodgers co-owner fired her because he wanted a \u201csubstantially younger woman\u201d to service him in the air.<\/p>\n<p>The former employee filed a wrongful termination suit in the L.A. County Superior Court.
