Police say the shooting followed an argument.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smith<\/strong> was charged as an adult and pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in September.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to police, <strong>Smith<\/strong> said he was tired of being called names.
