HOLTON<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Sentinel City Editor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On several occasions, one Tampa woman has attempted to participate in television shows. But, although she inquired, she was never contacted.<\/p>\n<p>However, after<strong> Mrs. Minyon Williams Scotland<\/strong> became engaged last year, she emailed the website of the <em>\u201cBridezilla\u201d<\/em> Show as a joke. As in the past, she never expected to hear from them.<\/p>\n<p>But, to her surprise, the staff at WE TV called her. On Sunday, <strong>Minyon<\/strong>, her husband, <strong>Foster<\/strong>, her mother, sisters, and members of the wedding party will all be featured on the show. It will air on Sunday, September 9th and Sunday, September 16th, at 10 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minyon<\/strong> said, \u201cI was so surprised that they called me. I had a three-hour telephone interview with them and then came to town and followed me around for a whole week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ms. Lauren Kuebler<\/strong> said in a press release, \u201cBridezilla <strong>Minyon<\/strong> loves being the boss and with her wedding day quickly approaching she takes full advantage of her presiding role as bride-to-be. During her makeup trial this Zilla demands a constant flow of compliments from everyone nearby.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe then stops by wedding coordinator <strong>Angelica\u2019s<\/strong> house to break down wedding duties, but disruptive members of her bridal party cause this Zilla to flip out and break more than that!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe next day while shopping for flower girl dresses, <strong>Minyon<\/strong> decides she\u2019d rather focus on herself &#8212; pondering whether nor not she should buy herself a second wedding dress. Finally, her sister, <strong>Felecia<\/strong>, decides to intervene, resulting in a throw down at the local park!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite all of the drama, <strong>Minyon<\/strong> became <strong>Mrs. Foster Scotland<\/strong> on June 9th. <strong>Minyon,<\/strong> 32, works as a Dental Assistant and is the mother of two boys. <strong>Foster,<\/strong> 36, is the father of one daughter and is a college professor and realtor. They are both family-oriented and enjoy spending time with their kids.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minyon<\/strong> said she is glad that she was chosen for the show, but she\u2019s not being selfish about stardom. \u201cI\u2019m trying to put Tampa on the map!\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY IRIS B.
