East Care Center, then everyone is gonna want to listen then.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The reporter contacted law enforcement to report the incident, and detectives responded to the facility at 4520 Oak Fair Boulevard to search the building. The search proved to be negative.<\/p>\n<p>At 8:40 p.m., a sergeant with the Sheriff\u2019s Office responded to the residence of the person who sent the threatening message. She reportedly admitted sending the message to the reporter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recia Henry<\/strong>, 27, was arrested and charged with threatening to discharge a destructive device.
