The false returns totaled $704,676.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koffi M. Gbikpi<\/strong> was arrested on Tuesday. According to the indictment, he prepared and filed the tax returns in the names of several individuals between February and November of 2009. <strong>Gbikpi<\/strong> allegedly used several Internet email addresses to electronically submit the false income tax returns to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service).<\/p>\n<p>If convicted on all of the charges, <strong>Gbikpi<\/strong> faces five years in federal prison on each count.
