At 11:20 p.m. <strong>Pende<\/strong>r allegedly beat <strong>Allen\u2019s<\/strong> mother, <strong>Tracy Anderson<\/strong>, for a half an hour. He started beating <strong>Parker<\/strong> when she tried to stop the attack.<\/p>\n<p>Little <strong>Terrance<\/strong> felt he had to do something.
