Both men are single parents, entrepreneurs, and ministers.

The duo are the only offspring of Mr. and Mrs. Willie (Frances) Campbell and both are assistant ministers at Embassy International Christian Center. He was by no means a stranger to fatherhood, but his experience was one of having two parents. He obtained custody of his two younger children after a divorce. “I was not really prepared for being a single parent. It’s a lot easier when you’re married,” he said.

However, for the last year, he has learned a lot about parenthood. One of the most obvious, “You can’t treat them all the same. You have to realize that each child has his or her own personality.”

Willie describes himself as somewhat of a flexible parent most of the time.
