{"id":13774,"date":"2012-04-05T15:22:54","date_gmt":"2012-04-05T19:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=13774"},"modified":"2012-04-05T14:39:07","modified_gmt":"2012-04-05T18:39:07","slug":"antoine-walker-lives-on-less-than-25k-evelyn-lozada-sued-for-owed-money","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=13774","title":{"rendered":"Antoine Walker Lives On Less Than $25k, Evelyn Lozada Sued For Owed Money"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A federal judge has discharged a $12.7-million bankruptcy case that was filed by former NBA star baller <strong>Antoine Walker<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the filing in 2010, <strong>Walker<\/strong> had a net worth of $4.3 million despite making more than $110 million throughout\u00a0his professional NBA career.<\/p>\n<p>Reportedly, <strong>Walker<\/strong> blew his monies on bad investments, gambling, family hand-outs, and other pricey personal indulgences.<\/p>\n<p>The bankruptcy trustee believes that <strong>Walker<\/strong> gave his ex-fiancee, <em>\u2018Basketball Wives\u2019<\/em> star, <strong>Evelyn Lozada<\/strong> $560,000 after filing with the courts and is suing <strong>Lozada<\/strong>, because the trustee insists that <strong>Walker<\/strong> tried to hide the money from\u00a0his\u00a0credit collectors\u00a0by giving it to her.<\/p>\n<p>The trustee is also claiming that<strong> Lozada<\/strong> took the money from <strong>Walker<\/strong> and used it to open her Miami boutique Dulce. Now the trustee is determined to get the money back.\u00a0 <strong>Walker<\/strong>\u00a0insists he gave his ex the money so that she could square away some bills, while <strong>Lozada<\/strong> is sticking to her story that she sold her engagement ring to open Dulce<strong>.
