Jacksonville officials made\u00a0another arrest<\/a>\u00a0after a dramatic standoff in the death of rapper\u00a0Julio Foolio<\/a><\/strong>, <\/strong>less than 24 hours from when the first three arrests were announced.<\/p>\n

Julio Foolio,<\/strong> whose real name is Charles Jones<\/strong><\/a>, was celebrating his 26th birthday on June 23rd<\/sup> when he was\u00a0fatally shot in the parking lot<\/a>\u00a0of the Holiday Inn Tampa North. Three others were injured.<\/p>\n

Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Rashad Murphy<\/strong> on\u00a0X<\/a>\u00a0on Tuesday. The sheriff’s office gang and SWAT units surrounded an apartment complex and evacuated nearby residents.<\/p>\n

Officials spent hours negotiating with Murphy<\/strong> and SWAT members used tactics to force the man out. He surrendered to police just after midnight.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
