Jeezy<\/a>\u00a0and his ex-wife\u00a0Jeannie Mai<\/a>\u00a0have finally come to terms on their split as they\u2019ve finalized their divorce after two years of marriage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Atlanta rapper first filed for divorce nine months ago<\/a>, claiming his marriage to TV presenter Mai was \u201cirretrievably broken\u201d with \u201cno hope for reconciliation.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A judge has now formally dissolved their marriage and sealed their case, meaning the details of their divorce will be kept private including information related to child custody agreements and financial settlements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Following the announcement of his filing for divorce, Jeezy released a statement saying: \u201cThe decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart. Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
