\u00a0<\/strong>The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for multiple counts of sexual misconduct involving a child.<\/p>\n

On June 4, 2024, HCSO was notified of an incident involving an eight-year-old confidential victim and Douglas McGee,<\/strong> 34, a family friend and the supervisor of the victim’s brother at Busch Gardens.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Through investigative means, detectives learned that McGee <\/strong>provided the victim with a cell phone and engaged in inappropriate messaging.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 McGee<\/strong> admitted to inappropriate text messages, touching, and sexual battery.<\/p>\n

On June 5, 2024, detectives issued an arrest warrant for McGee<\/strong> and arrested him without incident.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 McGee <\/strong>was employed as a part-time Park Quality Supervisor in Stanleyville at Busch Gardens at the time of the incident and arrest. He has been employed with Busch Gardens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
