Deputies and medical staff attempted life saving measures that were unfortunately unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Riggins<\/strong> had a known medical history, and the preliminary cause of death is believed to be medically related.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HCSO is conducting a death investigation and will follow up with the Medical Examiner&#8217;s Office for an official cause of death.
