Police arrested a Miami mother this week and charged her with the murder of her 3-year-old twins. The twins were discovered deceased in their mother\u2019s car on February 2, 2024.<\/p>\n

On the same day as the discovery of the twins, Shirlene Alcime<\/strong> allegedly jumped from a freeway on-ramp onto the train tracks below. She was critically injured.<\/p>\n

Alcime<\/strong> was booked into jail on two counts of child neglect causing great bodily harm on Thursday.<\/p>\n

On February 2, around 2 a.m., a driver called Miami-Dade Police to report two unresponsive children in a vehicle on northbound Interstate 95 near the Florida Turnpike Extension.<\/p>\n

When officers arrived, Alcime<\/strong> jumped off the expressway wall at a \u201cconsiderable height\u201d and fell onto the tracks.<\/p>\n

Paramedics transported Alcime, Milendhet Napoleon-Cadet,<\/strong> and her twin brother, Milendhere Napoleon-Cadet,<\/strong> to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.<\/p>\n
