The purpose of the gathering is a rally in which several people will address the crowd prior to the Voting Rights Hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The U. S. Senate Judiciary Committee\u2019s Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Human Rights hearing will begin at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Several people are expected to speak pertaining to the recently changed voting laws and how they disenfranchise segments of the population.<\/p>\n<p>U.
