She was charged with 3 counts of fraudulent use of personal information earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>According to the State Attorney\u2019s Office, <strong>Ms. Rachel Amones<\/strong> entered a plea of guilt and elected to serve a longer prison sentence to be followed without probation. <strong>Mark Cox<\/strong>, spokesman for the Hillsborough County State Attorney\u2019s Office said <strong>Ms. Amones<\/strong> was employed at a security company and had access to personal information.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was supposed to destroy the information, but sold it to people implicated in the turbo tax scheme.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ms. Amones<\/strong> was serving probation on five counts of uttering a forged bill when she was arrested on April 1st.
