This year, there has been in-person ceremonies, but e<\/strong><strong>ach graduate <\/strong><strong>only <\/strong><strong>receive<\/strong><strong>d<\/strong><strong> two tickets for guests to attend the ceremony. <\/strong><strong>This graduate from Howard W.
