{"id":11693,"date":"2011-12-06T10:41:22","date_gmt":"2011-12-06T15:41:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=11693"},"modified":"2011-12-06T11:06:05","modified_gmt":"2011-12-06T16:06:05","slug":"young-mom-accused-of-giving-gun-to-shooting-suspect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/?p=11693","title":{"rendered":"Young Mom Accused Of Giving Gun To Shooting Suspect"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A shooting in the Robles Park Public Housing Complex on Thursday has left one man fighting for his life, the mother of two children jailed without bond, and a third man sought by police.<\/p>\n<p>According to Tampa Police, shortly before 3 p.m., Thursday, 22-year-old<strong> Dontavious Clark<\/strong> allegedly became engaged in an argument with <strong>Darnell Keyon Ammons,<\/strong> 21, while in the 400 block of E. Selma Street. <strong>Ms. Shamiria Hardrick<\/strong>, 22, was pushing her two children, ages 1 and 3, in the stroller and walking with <strong>Ammons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_11697\" style=\"width: 160px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Dontavius-Clark.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11697\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-11697\" src=\"https:\/\/flsentinel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Dontavius-Clark-150x150.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-11697\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dontavius Clark<\/p><\/div>\n<p>At some point during the argument, <strong>Ms. Hardrick<\/strong> allegedly handed<strong> Ammons<\/strong> a handgun. <strong>Ammons<\/strong> allegedly shot <strong>Clark<\/strong> more than one time in the upper body and both he and <strong>Ms. Hardrick<\/strong> fled the scene.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clark<\/strong> ran to a nearby apartment and was transported to a local hospital. He was listed in critical condition following surgery, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Following the shooting, police conducted a search of an apartment in the 200 block of Moore Street, but failed to locate either suspect. The Tactical Response Team and the Hostage Negotiators also responded to the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the evening, police located <strong>Ms. Hardrick<\/strong> and transported her to police headquarters. Following an interview, <strong>Ms. Hardrick<\/strong> was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder, child neglect, and carrying a concealed firearm.
