Police said when <strong>Polston<\/strong> entered the roundabout at 40th Street and Riverhills, he failed to yield for a vehicle traveling east and struck it in the rear.<\/p>\n<p>The impact caused the rear-ended vehicle to catch fire. Emergency personnel were called and extinguished the fire immediately. No one was injured in the accident or the fire.<\/p>\n<p>The report said when officers approached Polston, they reported smelling alcohol and called for a DUI\u00a0 Unit. Polston was administered a sobriety test, and found to be over the legal limit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Polston<\/strong> was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
