The organization was founded by Antranae Gilbert (CEO), a 23- year-old Tampa native. \u201cMy number 1 focus is to help build a personal relationship and connections with our teen girls and find time to balance out each and everyday to teach meaningful interactions within one another.\u201d Currently, the pro- gram is working with 8 girls for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months, Lost and Found girls will speak on the positive impact of the program. Members of the Sisterhood are: Karinah Lovette, Kristen Watkins, Cherish Fleming, Alexis Dash, Antranae Gilbert, Dangela Howard, Anyia Gilbert, Ar&#8217;Rainna Lillie, and A&#8217;yahna Johnson.
